Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By submitting a repair request through 24x7 Service Centre, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Independent Service Provider
We operate as a private, independent multi-brand home appliance repair agency. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any specific appliance manufacturing brand. All repairs are carried out by our network of local, independent expert technicians.
2. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
Our services are strictly intended for appliances that have expired or lapsed their standard manufacturer's warranty. If your appliance is still under the original company warranty, proceeding with our repair services may void your official manufacturer warranty.
3. Booking and Visiting Charges
- A standard visiting/inspection fee is applicable once a technician arrives at your premises, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the actual repair or not.
- This inspection fee covers the technician's travel, time, and professional fault diagnosis.
- If you decide to proceed with the repair, the visiting fee is usually waived or adjusted against the final repair bill.
4. Estimates and Payments
Upon diagnosing the appliance, the technician will provide an estimated cost for the repair and any required spare parts. Repair work will only commence after your approval. Payments must be made directly to the assigned technician or via our approved payment channels upon completion of the service.
5. Warranty on Spare Parts and Service
- We provide a limited warranty strictly on the specific spare parts replaced and the labor performed during that specific visit.
- This warranty typically ranges from 30 to 90 days depending on the part replaced, which will be communicated by the technician.
- This warranty does not cover the entire appliance, physical damages, electrical short circuits/burnt parts, or failures related to parts we did not replace.
6. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe working environment for the technician. The customer must ensure that the appliance is accessible and that an adult is present at the premises during the entire duration of the service visit.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your repair booking, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit time by contacting our customer care number.
